Super Eagles striker,Obafemi Martins is on the move again,and is reportedly on the verge of joining Major League Soccer side Seattle Sounders.
Martins who joined Spanish side,Levante in the summer of 2012,would move to the United States of America,after successfully holding talks with Sounders.
The Nigerian striker is believed to have agreed a three-year deal worth $2.5m annually in salary and has an option of an additional year inserted in the deal.
Since his move from Russian side,Rubin Kazan,in a bid to resurrect his career,Martins has helped the Valencia based club,climb up the table in the Spanish La Liga,shipping in vital goals for the club.
Will Martins still be available for selection in the Super Eagles if this deal goes through? Well Portland Timberwolves striker,Bright Dike got invited to the national team and almost made the squad to 2013 Nations Cup,so it might not be over for Martins.
