There’s really no excuse here, and you hate to see a family go through something like this. The
question then is, how do you punish the child? Some would say to try him as an adult. Others would say that a child that young obviously need psychiatric counseling. We would all agree that it’s just an ugly situation all together and one that we’d all rather avoid.
A 15-year old boy has been charged with a crime that is simply unthinkable: raping his own grandmother. The boy waited until his grandmother went to sleep and cut off her panties while she slept. The 59-year old woman had taken medication in order to sleep.
The boy made the confession to his uncle that he “cut her panties off while she was in bed and had s*x with grandma” as she slept on the couch. She said she woke up in the morning and found her underwear stuffed under the bed. The next morning, she allegedly woke up to find her grandson on top of her.
