Of all the things to have permanently etched into your flesh, wedding vows seem pretty reasonable—at least according to
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith are reportedly planning on having their wedding vows tattooed as a permanent reminder of their love.
as odd as that may sound to you more conservative folk out there reading this, it's admittedly not a real shocker for the already inked pair.
The UK’s Herald Sun relays a report from Britain’s Grazia magazine, which claims that the couple has settled on the artwork. Matching tattoos has apparently been a longtime coming decision for the couple.
“Brad and Ange plan to have the tattoos done by a local French artist,” a source said.
In terms of the design we should (maybe) expect?
The insider added: “They've designed a special motif that includes some of their vows and their children's names entwined in leaves, which will be in their own handwriting.”
As we previously reported, Angelina and Brad reportedly have already signed a marriage license, giving them less than 90 days to say “I do” before it expires. But, other than that, all wedding-related news is mostly speculative, seeing as this couple is more secretive than what goes on during John Travolta’s massage sessions.
It should also be noted that Angelina got matching tattoos with her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton—for that, they chose an image of each other's face, along with their names.
Hopefully this new marriage (and the tattoos that come with it) is a permanent fixture.
