So much so that they have filed a formal complaint with L.A. City Councilman Tom LaBonge!
The artist — who has just turned 24 — has now been ordered to cover the offensive murals or he could face a hefty fine.
Maybe dude just needed to spray out his tension over the latest Rihanna drama and was planning on washing the paint off once he feels better?
BUT, rumor has it the graffiti complaint is just indicative of larger issues that Breezy's neighbors have with the popstar, and that they are also annoyed at his loud, late partying AND are unnerved by all the fast cars that zoom through the 'hood.
