EFCC Press Release: N17m Scam: EFCC Docks Kaduna Deputy Speaker Monday

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC will on Monday January 14, 2013 arraign the Deputy Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly, Mr. Mato Dary Dogara before a Federal High Court, Kaduna.


He will be docked alongside five others, including Kabiru Tahir Malali and Ahmed Yahaya former Chairman and Treasurer respectively of Lere Local Government, Kaduna State on a six count charge that borders on contract over invoicing and criminal diversion of funds.

Hon. Dogara is a former Chairman of Lere Local Government and had also served as Commissioner in the state.
