Forget Fergie... I'm the best manager in England right now, claims City rival Mancini

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has modestly hailed himself as
'the best manager in England' despite his club currently lying 12 points behind Manchester United in the Barclays Premier League table.
City's 4-0 victory over Leeds in the FA Cup sets up a quarter-final against Barnsley, but the defending Premier League champions are out of European competition and face a huge fight to pressure United at the top.
Mancini has grown tired of the speculation about his future and speaking after the match he told the BBC: 'In the last 15 months I am the best manager in England. Someone says for six months that Manchester City would change manager, (Pep) Guardiola would come in, and after Guardiola went to Bayern Munich, now another manager.
'I won one Premier League, one FA Cup, one Charity Shield, there is not another manager that's won like me in the last 15 months. I can do nothing but it is the reality.'

In his first full season at the club after taking over from Mark Hughes in December 2009, the Italian led City to third place in the Premier League and to Champions League qualification.
He then led City to their first trophy in 35 years, winning the FA Cup in 2011.
And last season, on one of the most dramatic days in the history of English football, City beat QPR 3-2 having closed down an eight-point gap on United to lift the title.

Yet they have always struggled in Europe and Mancini is yet to find a solution to their Champions League woes. This year they finished bottom of Group D after failing to win a single match.
Meanwhile, Mancini feels Sergio Aguero is key to reviving their Premier League title hopes after the Argentine scored twice in City's fifth-round win against Leeds.
'I hope Sergio will be like this until the end of the season,' said Mancini. 'If Sergio is like this and our strikers continue to score a lot of goals from now until the end, the championship is not finished.'
