Khloe Kardashian has just been let go…from her gig as host of “The X Factor.”
Everyones’ career over at “The X Factor” is on the chopping block apparently, with Khloe being the latest star to leave the show to join a talented-ish roster of axed celebs like Nicole Scherzinger, Cheryl Cole, Paula Abdul, and whats-his-face Steve Jones.
A source told the New York Post that Khloe wasn’t asked to return to the show, but Mario Lopez was.
Awkward.
It’s not that this is a surprise, Khloe had zero hosting experience before she joined the show and openly talked about how it was a super difficult job.
Khloe told Hollyscoop that during her first week on the show she was “incredibly nervous” joking that she “always holds Mario’s arm walking down the stairs, that’s my trick. If Mario is not here one day, then I just can't go down the stairs!”
It’s unclear if Khloe will be replaced or Mario will host the show solo, which might be a good move, since “The X Factor” wasted so much money hiring Britney Spears and it didn’t even help ratings.
