London, UK - President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday met with British Prime Minister, David Cameron at Number 10 Downing Street.
Discussions between the two leaders are expected to have focused on expansion of trade and economic relations between Nigeria and Britain, as well as greater cooperation on combating terrorism. The Nigerian president solicited Mr. Cameron and the European Union’s support against oil bunkering in Nigeria.
Mr Jonathan's visit comes a day after Nigeria victory in the Afican Cup of Nations (AFCON) final against Burkina Faso.
