“Too much sitting” is the latest entry on the ever-growing list of Things That Will Give You the
Cancer, according to a new study by Kansas State University. The study, which involved about 60,000 men between the ages of 45 and 65, found “a steady increase in risk of chronic diseases with the men who sat more.” Those diseases included cancer, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. It’s worth noting, though, that all the men in the study were Australian. If you ask us, living in that haven of spiders and crocodiles would give anyone high blood pressure. [Source]
