Kate Middleton’s pregnancy is the most exciting thing to happen to the United Kingdom since the
invention of bangers and mash…
And, seeing as everyone is following the Duchess’ developing baby bump with the intensity of a high-powered telescope, it’s no surprise when little slip-ups happen. The latest flub might have blown the secret of her baby’s sex.
That’s right, kids. Kate Middleton is probably having a girl.
According to Us Weekly, while stopping by the National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby, Kate was gifted a teddy bear by a fan named Diane Burton.
Being the adorable girl next door (only her house is a palace) that she is, the Duchess accepted the teddy and thanked the admirer for her generosity.
“Thank you, I'll take that for my d—” Kate said, stopping herself.
When pried further for detail on whether or not that Freudian moment meant that a baby girl was on the way, Kate brushed the question off, saying, “We’re not telling.”
Another onlooker, Sandra Cook, asked the same question with the same result…
Of course, if it is, in fact, a girl for Kate, then psychic Jayne Wallace’s prediction to Hollyscoop from the beginning of December would be dead on. More on that here.
Then again, this entire report could just be the result of some hooligans seeking out their 15 minutes of fame. Time will tell.
