Oscar Pistorius' brother will stand trial in South Africa today over the death of a woman motorcyclist in a road accident.
The woman died after her motorbike collided with Carl Pistorius' car in Vanderbijlpark, a town an hour's drive south of Johannesburg.
The BBC reports tests conducted by police at the time found he did not have alcohol in his blood.
Carl Pistorius arrived at Vanderbijlpark Magistrates' Court in Johannesburg to face a charge of culpable homicide, or unlawful, negligent killing.
He was accompanied by his sister, Aimee.
There was no sign of Oscar, the double-amputee Olympian who is charged with murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp at his home on February 14.
The paralympic champion denies charges of premeditated murder and claims he mistook her for an intruder.
Oscar is free on bail.
His lawyers plan to challenge his bail restrictions in another court tomorrow.
