His health was the subject of conflicting reports, with TMZ.com claiming he was in a critical condition in Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.
They claimed the 30-year-old was in a medically-induced coma after suffering multiple seizures earlier this week.
The report added his bodyguard found him unconscious on the floor of his room and his mother was flying out to be at his bedside.
However, tonight the Got Money rapper tweeted to fans: "I'm good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love.".
Earlier, a friend dismissed the coma reports, saying he was alive and well and watching a basketball game.Rapper Mack Maine tweeted: "We will be releasing an official statement shortly but don't believe the nonsense about comas and tubes to breathe...that's false!!"
Wayne has suffered several unexplained seizures in the past few months, including two in January while on a plane flight.
Wayne, a native of New Orleans, began rapping at the age of nine, when he became the youngest artist to be signed by Cash Money record label.
He has released nine studio albums over a two-decade career and has become one of the biggest names in hip hop.
He's due to release his 10th album, I Am Not a Human Being, on March 26.
