The house is situated in the suburban community of Hidden Hills, which is near the Kardashian stomping grounds of Calabasas.
With a second kid on the way, Jessica apparently needs something larger than their current place, which is probably also a mansion, but they need a bigger mansion. I mean, they can’t expect their kids to grow up in a home with only 4 bathrooms!
This new place has 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, a grand staircase (think Titanic), a swimming pool, and full outdoor dining capabilities.
However, we hope they do something to the décor, because the way the Osbournes decorated, it looks like a grandma’s parlor or an old-timey saloon.
Also, the home is currently being renovated to turn the walk-in closet into a nursery.
