Soon-to-be American Idol judge Nicki Minaj got the crowd pumping during her New Year's Eve performance at PURE Nightclub in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. When asked about her 2013 resolution, Nicki said, “I’m not buying anymore shoes!" Somehow we think that resolution is made to be broken!
