Twitter has just announced the launch of a new app. It’s called Vine. It’s a video-sharing and streaming service. It allows Twitter users to share videos directly on your Twitter feed. They have to be short ones though – 6-seconds or less. You can download the app for free. And if you want to read more it, check out a blog called the Vine blog. You don’t need a Twitter account to use the Vine app, but signing up is a little quicker if you do have one.
