Okorocha Nominates Madumere as New Deputy Governor

Following the impeachment of Imo State Deputy Governor, Mr. Jude Agbaso, Thursday evening,
the state governor, Rochas Okorocha has nominated the Chief of staff, Eze Madumere, to replace the impeached deputy governor.
The Speaker, Mr.Benjamin Uwajumogu, confirmed the resolution in favour of the impeachment after its adoption and thereafter, read out a letter from the governor where he nominated his Chief of staff to occupy the vacant position.
