General secretary of Uefa, Gianni Infantino announces plans for stricter punishments for clubs with
players or supporters found guilty of racism. The punishments involve automatic and minimum 10-match bans for players, partial and full closures of stadiums for fans chanting racist abuse and guidance for referees to abandon matches when racist chanting persists
