Uefa proposes 10-match bans and sanctions to tackle racism

General secretary of Uefa, Gianni Infantino announces plans for stricter punishments for clubs with players or supporters found guilty of racism. The punishments involve automatic and minimum 10-match bans for players, partial and full closures of stadiums for fans chanting racist abuse and guidance for referees to abandon matches when racist chanting persists
